Eligibility:

Users must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a marriage contract according to Islamic and local laws.

Users must provide accurate, truthful information during registration.

 

Information Responsibility:

Users have a responsibility to update when there is a change of circumstance or personal change of information.

 

Monthly Subscription Fees:

A monthly subscription fee is required to access features and services.

Fees are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis until the user cancels the subscription.

All fees are non-refundable. A non-refundable joining fee is payable at the time of sending through a form.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Users must provide 7 days notice before cancelling for that particular billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, users will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.

 

Privacy and Data Protection:

The service is committed to protecting user privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Users agree to the collection and use of their data in accordance with the platform's Privacy Policy.

 

Termination of Service:

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its discretion for violations of these terms and conditions or for any behaviour deemed inappropriate.

In the event of termination due to misconduct, subscription fees will not be refunded.

 

Limitation of Liability:

The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The service does not 100% guarantee that users will find a compatible match or achieve marriage through the service.

 

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through negotiation or mediation, in accordance with applicable laws.

Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country where the platform is operated.

 

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

 

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is based.

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

 

User Conduct:

Users agree to act in accordance with Islamic principles, treating all interactions with dignity, respect, and honesty.

Any misuse of the service for unlawful or unethical purposes is strictly forbidden.

Discount Policy: 

Discounts apply to the first month of any subscription plan for new customers only. To redeem, the promo code must be applied at checkout. Offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other promotions or transferred to another account. After the first month, the subscription will renew at the regular rate unless cancelled. The discount is non-refundable and applies only to the initial month. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
